Coaching Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with your Coach.
Purchasing Extra Sessions
Extra session purchases can be made on-line and can be made with the Coach of your choice. In order to purchase, please reach out to your coach for instructions.
Payments
The first payment must be made prior to any sessions being undertaken. Subsequent payments must be made based on chosen payment plan as indicated in said plan. Paperbell provides receipts for all payments made.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours prior notice of any cancellation of any coaching sessions. This can be made directly through the contact details given in this pack or through the Teachable portal. If you do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, you may have difficulty booking another session which will delay your progress. Any rearranged cancelled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed between you and the Coach.
Refunds
Clients maintain the right to cancel services at any time. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can get a refund within 7 days of making a purchase.
